Good words (or: praise) encourage a person (lit: smear with healing ointment), bad words (or: swearing) kill.
I think that the word can be honey, which in smaller quantities is useful, and can be a dirty towel, and even be honey that will be harmful to health when you use a lot of it.
That’s why I always try to think through my thoughts before speaking. Let a person think that I’m a slowdown, then our relationship will be bad or he will feel bad about the words (and so will I).
Beautiful and competent speech helps create a positive impression of us among others.
The ability to speak competently and convincingly contributes to our professional success.
